Current Situation: UPDATE AND CORRECTION: 1:17 AM - There were four patients in the vehicle with two trapped. All four were transported via ground ambulance to an area hospital, three with major injuries and one with moderate injuries. CAL FIRE/Riverside County firefighters responded to the report of a traffic collision in Highgrove, CA. First arriving engine company reported two parties trapped in a solo vehicle.
