CAL FIRE/Riverside County firefighters responded to the report of white smoke in the area of Grand Ave and Adelfa St. First arriving engine company reported three acres of light grass and medium brush on fire with a moderate rate of spread. The fire was contained at approximately 3:30 pm to 3 acres with minor damage to one storage shed. One firefighter was transported to an area hospital via ground ambulance for heat-related injuries.
