Update: 9:43 P.M. - The abandoned residential structure fire was contained at approximately 9:30 p.m. The structure was completely destroyed, however due to quick firefighter action, a nearby structure was saved with minimal fire damage and exposure to the exterior. One firefighter was transported to an area hospital via ground ambulance with minor to moderate injuries.
CAL FIRE/Riverside County firefighters responded to a residential structure fire. First arriving engine company reported smoke showing from the structure. Updates will be posted as information becomes available. |
