Manzanita Truck Trail is located south of Interstate 10 and east of SR Hwy 79, south of Beaumont.
Update 3:30 p.m.: The teenage male was rescued from the romote area and was transported by CAL FIRE Copter 301 to an regional trauma center with major injuries.
CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters and CAL FIRE Copter 301 are performing a rescue of a male youth that was involved in an off-road motorcycle collision in Beaumont. Updates will be posted as information becomes available. |
