Update 12:11 A.M. - The fire was knocked down and contained at approximately 12:10 A.M. The garage of the 3500 square foot residence was ablaze involving two vehicles within. Due to aggressive firefighter action, there was no extension into the living quarters. All residents self-evacuated prior to firefighter arrival. No injuries to firefighters or civilians. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
CAL FIRE/Riverside County firefighters responded to a residential structure fire. Per the Incident Commander, there is heavy smoke and fire showing from the garage of the two story, single family dwelling. Updates will be posted as information becomes available. |
