Update 1:02 p.m. - Per the Incident Commander, an adult male fell 50 feet over the side of the hiking trail. Firefighters performed a rope rescue to get the hiker back on the trail. Once executed, the hiker was transported to an area hospital via helicopter 301 with moderate injuries.
CAL FIRE/Riverside firefighters responded to a hiker down on the bump and grind trail. Updates will be posted as information becomes available. |
