Update 4:48 p.m. - Firefighters hiked the patient down the trail who declined treatment and transport at the scene.
CAL FIRE/Riverside County firefighters responded to a hiker down 1.5 miles up the trail of Whitewater Canyon Road. Per the Incident Commander, firefighters are hiking to the adult female patient. Updates will be posted as information becomes available. |
