Update 4:41 p.m. - The patient was transported to an area hospital via ground ambulance with major injuries.
Update 4:30 p.m. - Railroad Canyon Rd will be closed for the next few hours.
Update 3:20 p.m. - One patient was trapped under the vehicle and was extricated at approximately 3:19 p.m. Patient condition is unknown at this time.
CAL FIRE/Riverside County firefighters responded to a traffic collision. First arriving engine company reported a single vehicle, 50 feet over the side. Updates will be posted as information becomes available. |
