Update 12:40 p.m. - Per the Incident Commander, there is no active fire. Firefighters will remain on scene for approximately 30 minutes. No injuries.
Update 12:33 p.m. - An electrical short activated a smoke detector, triggering the sprinkler system. Firefighters investigating reports of the smell of smoke in building. Firefighters will be committed for thirty minutes.
CAL FIRE/Riverside County firefighters responded to a commercial structure fire. First arriving engine company reported smoke showing from the exterior of the three-story Larson Justice Center in Indio. Updates will be posted as information becomes available. |
